Experience using standard irrigation / lighting installation & repair equipment. Experience programming various irrigation & lighting timers. Experience installing and repairing Residential irrigation systems including, but not limited to, vacuum pressure breakers, valves, irrigation controllers . Experience installing and repairing Professional grade low voltage lighting systems, including transformers. Experience repairing water features and experience repairing misting systems. Basic knowledge of desert adapted plants & trees. Excellent knowledge of north valley city streets including, but not limited to, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Peoria, Cave Creek. Excellent organizational skills and ability to group work orders to minimize drive time between jobs
Must be able to accurately invoice and collect payment at job site when needed. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, crews, supervisors and management. Ability to estimate and write professional quality estimates (all estimates must be approved by Supervisor prior to being submitted to customer)Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions
Follow up leads and set appointments. Call appointments the day before to re-confirm appointment. Efficiently troubleshoot and repair irrigation, lighting, misting system and water feature repairs. Sell needed repairs and recommended upgrades. Perform regular inspections on existing client irrigation, lighting, misting system and water features to ensure everything is working properly. Make written recommendations & estimate for any upgrades or repairs needed. Collect payment for work on non-billable customers. Turn in accurate and fully completed work orders for billing daily. Turn in accurate and complete time sheet daily Other duties as assigned .
The Accounting Assistant’s main job functions will be to support the Controller. You will enter and process account payables and receivables. Process new employees into QuickBooks and process time cards using uAttend. In addition, you will job cost, project accounting and other duties as assigned.
Must have intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks. Other Microsoft programs are a plus. Additional desired experience and/or skills: Construction experience and project accounting.

The concrete superintendent is responsible for on-site field planning, staffing and supervising to ensure successful completion of projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to self-performed and subcontracted trade work.
Essential Functions/Primarily responsible for:
Maintain Owner/Architect relationship. Have a complete understanding of concrete scope of work for the project. Assure necessary concrete forms and concrete related tools and equipment are on hand prior to the start of the project. Ensure that safety and Quality measures meet and exceed the OSM policy’s. Coordinate concrete work flow, perform hands on work, and operate various pieces of machinery as required. Assist the project manager with pre-construction planning and project management to develop an initial project schedule and communicate sequence and schedule updates to all subcontractors and vendors. Assist the project manager in the development of the project execution plan, work breakdown structures and temporary facilities plan. Actively participate and lead post-bid, Owner/Architect/Contractor, coordination, lead OSM team and subcontractors. Accurately schedule work and prepare weekly progress meeting minutes. Participate with the Project Manager in issuance of weekly and monthly progress report, monthly payment applications, Job cost reports, and change order and RFI status reports. In coordination with the Project Manager develop general conditions budget, and through labor cost reporting manage and control the budget. Perform and monitor all job-site control reporting measures including daily reports, payroll, quantity reporting, accident and incident reports, and timesheets. Working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, contract with Owner, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents, and maintain a complete and accurate set of as-built drawings. Understand all trade contractor's means and methods in accordance with project contract documents. Must have strong communication, organization and leadership skills. Demonstrated mastery in the skills of field supervision, cost control, subcontractor management, interpersonal skills, safety, ability to communicate, both written and oral. Demonstrated ability to train others and monitor their work for quality and completeness. Familiar with all OSM policies and processes as it relates to this position. Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk. Develop and mentor subordinates towards a successful career with OSM. Promote the growth and development of client, subcontractor and vendor relationships. Identify new work opportunities and potential projects with current clients.
A 4-year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or experience equivalent to a four-year degree. Five+ years of experience as a concrete superintendent. Proficient with personal computer based scheduling software, and specifically spreadsheet applications. Demonstrated mastery of skills in these areas: managing site activity, labor relations, anticipating and resolving field related issues, establishing and enforcing site schedule requirements, managing site safety and insurance risks, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate both written and oral. Proven staff training abilities on technical issues as well as OSM company policies and processes. Commercial Driver’s License (preferred) and reputable driving record
Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including front end loaders, mini-excavators, and skid steer machinery with various attachments; other construction equipment as needed. The Landscape Foreman is responsible for installation and management of landscape and hardscape projects. The foreman is responsible for completing landscape and hardscape installations with great precision and business minded efficiency.
Direct activities on the job site, they include but are not limited to: coordinating work flow, hands on work, and operating various pieces of machinery. Manage personnel effectively and efficiently. Read Drawings and Specifications, Schedule work, manpower, equipment and vendors/subcontractors. Communicate with crew members, supervisors, and clients concerning installation schedule and jobsite safety. Assure all tools, equipment and machinery needed installation and maintenance are on the jobsite when required. Track and record all job expenses, maintain daily time cards and daily reports. Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times. Participates in and conducts all job site safety briefings with crew members. Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with drawings, specifications and industry and company standards. Interacts with clientele in order to help ensure job satisfaction.
